Brokk & Melia Bluebells

Zelimir, Jalena, Zoran

Isengrim Aurora

A watercolor/pastel piece of Brokk and Melia, cousins to Zelimir and Jalena, in a field of bluebells in the spring.

A watercolor piece (with details in colored pencil) of my badger characters Zelimir and Jalena with their Grandpa Zoran.

Primaveral Bloom

Brokk dreams of the badger personifications of the seasons. He has always had a connection with Autumn and the eve of things, while his sister Melia is more associated with Spring. Text is the ending of a story I wrote about the autumn of Brokk's cubhood: The Solivagant

Watercolor lily.png

A watercolor piece (with pastel used on the red cloak) of my wolf character Isengrim. He can vaguely feel the magnetic field of his planet, and thus the solar wind that hits it and creates auroras (hence the northern lights in the background).

FUN FACT:

It is believed that the Irish painted their doors vibrant colors as a form of rebellion against the British after Queen Victoria died and they were ordered to paint their doors black.
